My complaint:
Hi on arrival at our chalet, we were over come with the sewage smell coming from the bathroom, It was disgusting! On further inspection we were shocked at the amount of dog hair all over the 2 sofas, and a huge stain on one of the cushions, the shower cubicle should come with a health warning, as that’s disgusting, the soap dish has dried up old soap in it, but and the shower pole is broken, so we have to hold the shower.
The tables were both dirty, and the heaters are thick with dust, which shows the lack of cleaning that takes place here.
We appreciate that the chalets are pet friendly, and some people with pets don’t appreciate or respect the accommodation, however we do, but we feel its too dirty here. we’ve used spare sheets to cover the sofas as they’re so grubby.
Last night we stayed at a friend’s house,and unfortunately we will be cutting our holiday short, solely due to the accommodation.
I’ve attached some photos of just some of the issues.
We love Yarmouth, and this is the second time we’ve visited Summerfields, but the accommodation has made us feel like second class citizens so won’t be returning.
