My complaint:
We arrived for our 4 day break. The chalet was clean . That’s about all The beds were not comfortable springs sticking into you and plastic buttons .I very flat pillow . We asked for more we’re told yes but we charge
Reported bed to reception arrived ? But we were not in tried to call back phone unavailable
The fridge was so low you had to get on your hands and knees to use it
The veiw from the lounge window was awful
Asked to move to a caravan told none available plenty looked empty
The children’s area was constantly covered in litter and rubbish
Staff were unwilling to help or change anything No WiFi in Chalet’s No outdoor pool
Indoor Swimming pool staff excellent
The chalets such be refurbished and the whole place needs a good deep clean
Will request a refund but unlikely to get one as it took me hours to get anyone on the phone pointless talking to reception staff Dissatisfied,Disappointed as have been going to Parkdean Resorts
Also no visible complaints procedure on there website
