My complaint:
on arrival the cabin was very dirty and the bedding had blood on in one of the rooms .
there was nothing in the cabin to clean . After talking to the receptionist , they said they would send us a hoover and mop , after two days we returned and again they said they would send hoover and mop , and we said the kitchen sinks leeks , the en-suite tap in bathroom need attention ,
and the shower in bathroom the only shower head for all of us to use was dangerous the temperature could not be controlled , and it either was boiling hot or stone cold , we had a maintenance man on the 5th day . we did wait anymore and returned home early.on the Thursday
Suggested solution:
i have been going to park dean foe15years . this was very poor service . Cabin need maintenance
on it . also the balcony outside was very bad and it looked liked it was never cleaned and indeed of
maintenance .
After all these years i took family with me for first time and they left on the tuesday
