My complaint:

I’d like to make a complaint about a recent holiday I’ve just returned from at trecco bay 6th to the 13th august

The cost of the holiday was nearly 1400 for a basic caravan
I was sent an email a couple of months before the holiday to book my activities I booked in 6 swimming slots 3 for inside 3 for outside when I checked my booking a week before we were due to go my bookings had disappeared
I rang trecco bay and left a message explaining this I had no response back
When I arrived I explained the situation to which I was told there was nothing they could do
We were then unable to do the swimming that we had booked
We turned up to venue and had to wait 1:30 minutes to get in and this was still the case when the restrictions were lifted everything including arcades the pub and swimming you had to que for mostly in the poring rain and the activities that were chargeable were all pretty much booked up
I spent a lot of money on this holiday and it was stressful and disappointing the children missed out on a lot and this was all due to the fact that Parkdean had aloud the park to run at full capacity but the facilities were not aloud at full capacity even tho wales lifted there restrictions on the 7th but Parkdean decided not to lift theirs
I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I was charged so much for a holiday that was very limited this is not what I paid for and I would like to know how this is going to be dealt with
