My complaint:

while on holiday at skips sands with our tourer, we found been older that the steps going into the toilet and shower block were against building regs and health and safety regs, they are 12 and a half inches high, they should be no more than 7 inches, i stumbled a couple of times coming out of the toilet block, its an accident waiting to happen, we saw a young boy knocked over by another young boy on an electric scooter, the boy on the scooter could not see over the handle bars, a child on an adults scooter, lucky the child he hit was not hurt badly. We also saw 2 9/10 year olds racing round the playing field on large electric motorbikes, they were big enough and traveling fast enough to kill a small child had they got in the way. We also saw 2 young children about 3/4 year old running round the lake chasing the ducks and geese with no parents present, another accident waiting to happen, And you are responsible for allowing it to happen, it is obvious whoever is running this site are putting profits before peoples health and saftey, its a lovely site but needs some major changes now before its to late, we have used the site several times now but after this we will not be using Parkdean resorts anymore.

Suggested solution:

Stop the motor bikes and scooters from coming on site, put an age restriction on who can go into the lake, under a certain age they must be accompanied by an adult, thats just common sense, replace the steps going into the toilets, and put a hand rail on them for saftey,
