My complaint:

On arriving at the Bronte Lodge at Number 21 the Beech on Friday the 4th June, The cleaner had just completed the task and the Green you can enter sign in the window, I had previously booked in the day before and informed the keyinformation and passes would be in the Lodge, the passes where dated to expire on the 24th May so we had to go to Reception for the passes for our party? at the bottom of the steps to the lodge an open plastic bag of dirty linen and towels from previous holiday occupants which impeded our ability to park our car, and with all restrictions and measures Covid-19 an opened bag of dirty linen is definitely not acceptable. On the Saturday the bag was still at the bottom of our stairs to the lodge after returning from a lovely day out to Bridlington the bag still remains!! My husband then went to the Reception to ask for it to be removed, On the Sunday morning the bag of dirty linen still remains, the husband again went to reception to officially complain, no name or details asked from Receptionist, apologies where made and the dirty linen was removed at around 17.30 hours on the Sunday. We had booked for Friday to Monday with my elderly mother we did receive a visit Friday tea time from a representative to see if we were okay, why did she not get the bag removed?

Suggested solution:

Ensure a system in place when the cleaners have completed their task of getting Lodges and Caravans ready for next holiday makers the bag of dirty linen is immediately removed, I understand the turn over on holiday parks and huge task of cleaning and ensuring next holiday makers accommodation is ready and items could be missed? but the dirty linen bag was visible, seen on the Friday by a Representative and two visits to the Reception before it was removed
