My complaint:
Booked 3 Separate caravans for three couples under my name. Deposit paid at that time. Instead of taking £85 for each deposit they took full amount of holiday for one booking without informing me and I had to chase for a refund. They rarely answer their fons before holding for over 45 mins. Staff totally out of touch with what to do if there is a change in booking
Or a personal tragedy.
My partner was diagnosed with terminal cancer 2 mnths ago. I sent them a copy of his medical report by registered tracked delivery costing £7.70 asking them to cancel
My holiday as the lead booking person and to deal direct with the 2 other parties giving their names addresses tel nos. No one bothered to send medical report back nor did they contact the other parties. Totally ignored the registered letter. When the other parties tried to pay their remaining costs no one knew anything about it and I started getting texts asking fir the full payment almost daily while my partner was having chemo. My son is a Solicitor and he was so very digusted by their behaviour has demcided to issue a proceedings against PARKDEAN management. For stress harrassment tital inefficiency and causing a considerable amount of family stress sending texts warning that if I dud not pay I could never holiday with them again. He has also sent letters of gdisgust to the DAILY MAIL and EXPRESS listings ALL of the companies total
Lack of customer care.
Suggested solution:
Go to Court and defend all of the above. Return deposit payment fir numerous telephone calls snd a considerable amount fir harassment and stress.
