My complaint:

Disappointed on cleanliness of accommodation on arrival. We were the first to use following lockdown so plenty of time to ensure accommodation was up to the standard expected of Parkdean Holiday Resorts. The carpet was stained a number of food waste crumbs on seating carpet. We would have expected under the circumstances of Covid that there would have been pillow mattress protectors provided. The bed linen was very poor quality. Curtains look like they belonged to another caravan as they were all too short with longer linings raw edges. Both toilet seats were loose. Toilet blind pull was broken. Fire did not work. We did not raise these issues at the time as we did not want staff inside the caravan as we have been shielding. The picture on your website of the double bedroom dies not depicted the actual room we had. It was nowhere near as large. Miss representation. Extremely disappointed, looked like a rushed cleaning job no inspection completed when caravan had not been in use for many months. We welcome your comments.

Suggested solution:

Restore our faith with Parkdean Holidays. We have another holiday booked later in the year expect a better standard.
