My complaint:
Been here 4 days in a safari tent. 4 days and nights we have had to out up with aggressive neighbours who swear and have full blown arguments keeping children away a night and scared to leave the tent, surely a holiday is to get a break and for children to have a fun and safe time, clearly not here at the min, security down every night with no resolve, neighbours weeing on people’s tents, stones being thrown , loud parties into the early hours and scared children, let alone the violence seen also. Not very happy our holiday is being ruined what should have been a relaxing break has turned into neighbours from hell, complaints not being dealt with quickly and security taking a relaxed approach which only allows the behaviour to continue.
Suggested solution:
Deal with anti social behaviour more quickly and actually read there terms when dealing with such issues and remove if needed, I'd say this on behalf of the safari tent community we have had enough, people even got in there cars last night and drove off for the night, I will be filing the issues online also for any other potential visitors to be aware.
