My complaint:
I SENT A LETTER TO YOU IN APRIL WHICH YOU SEND ONE BACK ON
10TH APRIL AND NOW A VOUCHER ON 4TH SEPTEMBER AND VARIOUS BACS AND ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS A COMPLETE REFUND I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT YOU HAVE DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT AS YOU HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED ANOTHER HOLIDAY
I HAVE TRIED TELEPHONING YOU BUT TO NO AVAIL
