My complaint:

I tried to send a package internationally for Christmas. Got it sent back saying I hadn’t attached the correct forms. I requested a refund because they wouldn’t send it then unless I rebooked the delivery and paid a further £87. I’ve had nothing now for over a month. I’ve complained via email but still nothing. No phone number to contact either.

Suggested solution:

By refunding me in full.
