My complaint:

Dear team,my name is Loredana Filip and I want to submit a formal complaint in regard to the shipment no 53588001,traking no 15505471137942 that I submitted on 1032022.
In the formal that captures the delivery details,the field associated to the street is not compulsory,and this allowed me to mistakenly miss to input that detail,which proved to be essential.If the parcel could have been delivered without it ,then I could understand why you didn’t requested it.So,I imagined that at the order end,the courier will contact the addressee by the phone number and establish with them the delivery times as much as convenient to the parts,so also other details would have been checked.
But apparently ,the” street” field was so important that,in spite of us paying the customs and all things were cleared,I was informed that the delivery courier cannot deliver to the addressee and the parcel is to be returned back to me.
I am frustrated and annoyed because when I made the payment,the important fields were marked as compulsory,so for that process to go ahead smoothly,your company did its best ,but for the actual delivery to go smoothly,your company didn’t do its best,as an essential for deliver filed,like the address,was not compulsory.
Not to mention only that aspect,I passed on the missing detail about the street to you,which was promised to me to be sent out to the German part,but the German part didn’t get it,so they said they don’t deliver and will return the parcel to me.
So I am now submitting this formal complaint against the way my case was handled and against how your procedures were applied.
Please let me know if you need more details.And also ,please feel free to use these details to submit a complaint or request assumed responsibility further to your German partner.
I want to mention that this parcels didn’t arrived to me yet and I do have to send them back in Germany again after it will be handed to me.

By this complaint I expect for some money to be paid back,as we paid the customs 100 euro and the delivery fees and yet,I didn't get the parcels delivered due to mistakes in the procedure of capturing the data and communicating the data to your partners.More than that,I was informed that I have to pay the returning fee for this parcels too.
