My complaint:
I shipped a package (number 4113256512) back in the beginning of october, using dhl express through parcel compare. they have claimed the package has gone missing and won’t do a thorough search using cctv footage or proper investigation. I just want my box back or find out what exactly happened to it. Parcel Compare is a joke of a company and people should seriously start boycotting it.

I want a proper investigation and my box back. a big parcel like that can't just go missing without anyone knowing something about it
