My complaint:
Paid to be delivered by Saturday and says this on the invoice. Inputted all the correct weights and measurements into the website for them to give me a price, I paid the price they failed to deliver, and the without permission took another £16 charge when they didn’t even deliver the service they paid for. I’d already raised a complaint at this point, also spent hours on the phone to UPS, and then they stole more money. Absolutely do not touch this company

Refund me ALL of my money from both invoices
