My complaint:
I went to papa Murphy’s around 2:34 pm on 7-19-2022, and while I was at the register, the manager was Yelling at an employee, to the point of screaming at him. Telling him to look at her, to pay attention, and she continued screaming at him. When they gave me my pizza, she started yelling and screaming at him again. The others workers had there heads down. I think that was very unprofessional, and she should of pulled him aside, not yell and scream when there are customers.
Suggested solution:
I think the manager needs to be talked to or reprimanded and be told that this kind of behavior is unacceptable. There are other ways to deal with a employee.
