My complaint:
David the lead informed me that he was to busy to answer the phone for an order due to the overwhelming amount of customers. Myself and one (1) person in the drive through were there. Eight(8) phone calls ignored. I walked into the front entrance while calling. The staff completely ignored the call. At this point, I asked Eight calls and you cannot answer? I watched three crew members bypass the the phone with out a second thought. Thank you Nathan Bell (Owner)for putting such outstanding people on your payroll. As an original customer upon the opening of the store, I will no longer be using their services. I will also pass along the experience I have had and recommend the pizza directly across the street. Their customer service is phenomenal.
