My complaint:
We ordered a large thin crust pizza. Cooked it on the lower rack as directed. After 16 minutes checked the crust and it was completely stuck to the pan it came on. Put it in for another 4 minutes to try to cook the crust longer to try to crisp it up. Still completely stuck to the pan. The pizza on top was getting more done than we liked. Took out the pizza so the toppings wouldn’t burn. The crust was just mush and trying to take the pizza off the pan just turned into a mess of topping with no crust. No one ate the pizza. We have never had issues with Papa Murphys, but this was awful.
Suggested solution:
We paid for a pizza that no one ate because it had soggy, crappy crust. I would like a coupon for another pizza.
