My complaint:
I placed an order at 7:57 PM with a female. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. The order was a large Pepperoni Pizza ($8.99) carry out price and a large cheese sticks. My daughter went to pick up my order. She was told three (3) times there was no order under my name. I called back three (3) and was told it was there. My daughter even put a lady on the phone who said she doesn’t know where it is?, I asked if it was given away? She replied it could have been., she would place the order again and it will take seven (7) minutes. My daughter went back into the store, again they told her I had no order there.i called back and a guy was VERY RUDE. He said you’ve called three (3) times now and I told you it was here. This is very uncalled for!!! I always go to the Papa John’s on Haines Avenue. I will keep going there. I live an hour and a half away. This is beyond unacceptable. I do alot of business with Papa John’s. I hope this is resolved in a timely fashion. The workers at this Papa John’s Store need a lesson in phone etiquette and customer service!!
Suggested solution:
I would like for the workers at this store get some proper phone etiquette and much needed customer service skills. A free pizza with a large cheese sticks would be a way to help resolve the complaint. I do not want to go to this location anymore!!
