My complaint:
I received a coupon in the mail for Papa Johns. Buy a small pizza/with 1 topping- $5.99. I called to place the order. When I told them about the coupon, they transferred me to their Belmont Avenue location by phone. When I spoke with someone from that location, they stated that I needed to order the pizza online. I was 2 minutes away from the location, so I drove there. I had my neice go inside with the coupon and the money. They informed her that the order had to be placed online. however, when the order was placed online, it would not accept my PROMO CODE- GETLUNCH. I don’t understand why the order could not be placed by phone. Even when my call was transferred to my location, they still would not accept my order. I go to a location, and they would not take my order. I pretty much have to use a walker in order to walk. I had my 7 year old niece go inside and place the order. I am very upset that I couldn’t place an order by phone. I couldn’t place an order in the store. My coupon was NOT accepted by phone, in the store, or even online. I didn’t like anything about the service. Don’t print coupons if your not attempting to accept them. I will not attempt to buy anything from Papa Johns ever again. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE BY PHONE, IN THE STORE, AND EVEN ONLINE. I called the corporate office to file the complaint and they hung the phone up on me. Plus, when I called back, they would not accept my call and informed me to call another number. So basically their service sucks if corporate can’t do anything for you, FUCK PAPA JOHNS!!!!

Accept my order with a coupon by phone without hesitation!!!!
