My complaint:
I ordered a brownie and got a cookie instead. I called and was ignored several times and kept calling until they picked up. I explained what happened and the manager said, yeah I know we’re out of brownies so you got a cookie instead. I said the brownie is more expensive and I didn’t want a cookie. The manager proceeded to tell me it’s their policy to replace items they don’t have. I said I don’t care and that’s ridiculous to just replace someone’s item on their order without telling them. I told her I would call the general manager. She proceed to curse at me and tell me the GM would tell me the same damn thing.
Suggested solution:
There is no resolution.
