My complaint:
@ 2 pm I called store for delivery of papa pairing special for 2 pepperoni pizzas and 3 wings 7.99 each. Totaling 43$ she said it would be 40 min. Let me tell you I had to call back 6 times to ask where my delivery was I am so upset and the lady very RUDE as. 3 pm received notification my order is on its way 4pm rolls around and still no delivery Not only did I wait over 2 hours with mgmt not communicating with me she was treating me like I was annoying her without reason but she gave an excuse ok well she was short on drivers so she had to send my order to doordash so it will get there when someone comes avail. She has the audacity to Hang up on me because I was not understanding where order was IF it was really coming and if it was going to be remade she said she guesses she can remake pizza but not wings cause they have doordash seal on them. If someone like her is representing your business she needs to be fired customer service is everything she should not interact with the public and I hope she isn’t mgmt
Also what happened to my Papa Pairings deal I should have received my 2 med pepperoni pizza and 3 wings orders 6 wings each order would have been 50.75 before a discount of 15.80 totaling 34.95 adding delivery fee 4.99 and estimated tax 3.35 making my final total of 43.29 . They charged me 55.$ and I only received 1 pizxa and 2 wings all cold.
The reason for my rambling is because I was so close to canceling my order and going to domino’s but I stuck it out I wasn’t verbally abusive or irate at all eventhough it took 6 different calls requesting an update on ETA .please I ask of you to please make this right.
UPDATE I submitted this and was told mgmt will contact me in 48 hours no response I submitted it again and still nothing I reported it again and still no response on this horrible service and missing 12 my order
Suggested solution:
Just remake my order but the order I was supposed to receive 2 ppizzas and 3 orders of wings I had to pay 55. But I was supposed to pay 43. What's up with that contact me send me a text 7024160237 or 7025008084
