My complaint:
I ordered online via the app on my phone, I then get an email stating that my order would arrive in 38 minutes. Now if you are going to charge me $4 for a delivery that use to be free and under 30 minutes… the pizza didn’t arrive on time (big surprise) but then the driver takes my $20 doesn’t offer me any change and before I can say huh? He has left. Then I open the box to find a quarter of the pie has been soaked in pepperchini pepper juice. Not from the pepper, but it looks as if someone carelessly spilled it and instead of repairing the issue. It created a problem. I now have a mouth on fore, and stomach with heartburn and an attitude that might keep me from ever ordering from Papa John’s again.
Suggested solution:
I need to know what you are going to do to make this right. And a free pizza will not do it as I do not trust the local store anymore.
