My complaint:

Recently, my wife and I ordered a large pizza from the local Papa John’s for delivery at 6:15pm. Because we often receive such pizzas on the early-side of its scheduled, we called at 6:30 to inquire. We were told that it was on its way. A little before 7pm and not a little anxious, my wife opened to front door to see if she could spot the delivery car. Her attention was diverted by Papa John’s pizza box on the porch: the delivery person simply had left it on the porch without so much as a knock or the ringing of the door bell. Obviously, the pizza was cold. We have made two ca;;s to the local franchise but our inquiries have gone unanswered.

Suggested solution:

While we can sympathize with the current status of delivery employeescontractors, we feel that management is being dismissive and unconcerned about our complaint. Adding to our frustrations is Papa Johns decision to water down the once creamy tub of butter. These frustrations lead us to seriously consider alternatives to Papa John. We'll leave it to you to decide how this complaint should be resolved.
