My complaint:
I ordered the new New York Pizza that can fold to eat if you desire to do so. The Pizza seemed old and over cooked as the peperoni was all curled up and over cooked. The cheese was so over cooked that there was no cheese. I called the store back and spoke to the manager who told me the cheese was on the bottom and that he does not know why but the peperoni curls up like that. This pizza looked like it was an order that did not get picked up by a previous customer and that I called and it was thrown onto the oven again and sold to me. The pizza box was not completely closed when I picked it up. The guy put it on the counter and seemed not happy to be there. The manager who I spoke to said I am sorry but that is the way it is. I told him this is unacceptable and promoting this new pizza like this was not right. I am sorry just does not cut it. I told him once again that this was not right. Once again he just said sorry but that is the way it is cooked. You folks need to check into this as It was not what you see on the commercial. Not even close. No cheese pulling it apart and Peperoni that was all curled up and saying the cheese was on the bottom was not true. Please help with this or your New York Pizza promotion is not what you say it is. Thanks Much
