Panera Bread complaint: Wrong order in Drive thru

My complaint:

We have been to Panera bread through the drive thru a lot in the last recent months. Today 82820 at 1:40 pm, Cafe Order Number 1373370, we received the incorrect order in our bag and had already drove away. It was the wrong soup, wrong sandwich, and a fruit cup that we did not order…In the last recent months we have been doing the drive thru, they always seem to forget an item, but this time we received an entire incorrect “you pick 2” which my husband and I both get. An almost $30 dollar bill and only 1 of us got to eat. We own and run our own company and are very busy and have to eat on the go all the time. So this was a major inconvenience. All of the other times this last 3 or so months, they have forgotten our bread and butter, since bread comes with the you pick 2. Just extremely disappointed with the Morehead City, NC Panera Bread.

Suggested solution:

Let the manager know that the employees running the drive thru need to triple check the order and make absolute sure that the order you are giving is correct. Not that hard of a job if you ask us.
