My complaint:
I purchased a whole sandwich and bowl of soup. I received a cup of soup instead of bowl size, however, paid for bowl. I am a loyal customer and this is second time at this location my order has been wrong. Very disappointing.
Suggested solution:
I would like a credit for the difference at least. Very disappointed and I live to far to return order. I go out of my way to visit a panera as there isn't one close to me. Unfortunately I did not get a receipt in my bag to prove but maybe you can pull up my account.
