My complaint:
employees are give a schedule to follow. A manger or opener should be held to the same standards as another employee. Arriveing late to open a store is unexpectable, Four other employees arrived on time having to wait to be let in. Cars lined up at the drive thur. What pour service this is almost an everyday event at this location.
Suggested solution:
1. Trainees should get paid for there time in training
2. Every employee that had to stand out side waiting for 30 mins for the manager or opener to arrive should be paid for their time out there.
3. The manager or opener should be docked time, written up or suspended since this is an almost every day accuracy.
4. You need more reliable help.
