My complaint:
Purchase 2 turkey BLT for under $20 about a month ago. Expensive but delicious. We received a slice of pickle and chips. Perfect.
Went to the same Panera last night and was charged $22. The bread was stale The turkey was sliced very thick and not tender at all. The lettuce was wilted. We had no bacon and no pickle. We did not finish this sandwich. I felt totally robbed. We got this through the drive thru and brought it home to eat it. Never again!!
Suggested solution:
What kind of quality control do you have. If you raise your prices this should never happen.
