My complaint:

When i pulled up to the Drive Thru I could barely hear the cashier Ammon. I wanted a breakfast sandwich with a scrambled egg. They did not have scrambled eggs, so i order my sandwich with egg whites, along with two brownies. When I got up to the window once again I could barley hear Ammon, I had to tell him I had a Panera card, i then gave him my number.
As i then gave him my card. When he went to give me my card back I had to extend my arm because he made no effort to reach out and hand my card to me. He then disappeared. The person who made my sandwich then placed it by the cash drawer. It was a good minuet or more before Ammon appeared he then proceeded to hand me my bag without my brownies. He then went and got my brownies, which he threw into a brown bag. I was going to say something because both of the brownies were not for me and by the time i got to work one a started to crumble. My sandwich had and over easy egg which the yolk had broken and was all over the inside of the box and the Bread even though was toasted was soggy on the bottom. Very disappointed with the sandwich that I had my mouth set for since yesterday.

Suggested solution:

Train Ammon better. Speak up say thank you and make sure orders are correct. And that brownies are packaged individually
