My complaint:
I am 70 and high risk. I didn’t want to come in. Tried to make an additional order for bagels and for reason unknown was refused service because, I suppose because I did not want to go inside and place order. The manager hung up on me twice and at 2nd call said she was refusing service. I am hurt, humiliated, and very angry. This was absolutely unacceptable. I don’t know what her problem is! Will NEVER come to this location again and NEVER back to Panera for slightest reason if someone does a small thing against me!
Suggested solution:
She has some sort of problem with me, and I never wish to talk to her again!!! I will not subject myself to such hostility again!!!!!!
