My complaint:

I called to let them know that I ordered and was 1 purchase away from a reward. I asked the girl when I placed my order to take my number. she didn’t do that until I paid. The reward did not show up today and I couldn’t log it because there was no number at the bottom of the receipt like it should have been to enter it into the app. I called and spoke with a woman who informed me that she could not help, couldn’t see what was happening at the window, didn’t know what to tell me other than to call the help line. I also told her that my Panera number as wrong on the receipt so it was probably the wrong person who go the credit. When I asked if there was someone else she told me that it was not her problem, that she couldn’t help me, very nastily, and hung up the phone on me.

Suggested solution:

I am in the customer service industry and she should NEVER hung up the phone on me like that. She should have seen if there was someone else who could help me or at least given me another way to help the situation. She was very rude. Oh and she was from either England or somewhere because she had a very distinct accent.
