My complaint:

I placed an order for bagels for curbside pickup the following day. When we arrived there were no spaces to park (only two available?????) and following the instructions on email. Error. We attempted calling while we waited across the parking lot for service. No answer. We finally went in (on a not so very pleasant day) and found our order at the Pickup window (when our receipt clearly says curbside and described our car). THEN, once we arrived at our rental home, two items were missing. Such a disappointment on our vacation.

Suggested solution:

A refund.
