My complaint:

I was disappointed and a little aggravated when I got home with my carry out order, it did not have napkins or utensils. Also I did not get a receipt for my purchase. It was a good thing I was home and not trying to eat this at a location that did not have access to napkins or utensils. I guess Iwill have to make sure these items are in the bag before I leave the carry out window.

Suggested solution:

The training for a associate manning the carry out window should check the bag to make sure these items are included with the order. Also, they should offer the receipt of purchase.
