My complaint:
Hi ,
Last night we went for drive thru service in Panera bread which is near to Hurstbourne Louisville Kentucky, we are not satisfied with the order because:
1) for 1 bowl of tomato soup there was no side bread given
2) we asked for 1 bowl of vegetables noodles soup but we got chicken noodle soup of 1 cup and no bread for this as well
Suggested solution:
Please make sure what you give and also if it’s same what customer needs. We found it very late otherwise would have come to cafe immediately.
