My complaint:
It was observed by other patrons that the Caucasian Female manager whispered to a Hispanic female worker something that worker asked the Black patron were they done?.Now the patrons a Regular and professional.
They make their purchases then sit and work on their labtop.Their cordial to workers and patrons too.And most time prior to taking their tray up.They wipe their area themselves. So,why today they would address the patron in the manner they did makes No sense?.
Suggested solution:
Corporate Headquarters need to speak with both that manager and that Hispanic employee.That their professionalism is scrutinized by patrons.Panera needs to Re-trains them with Diversity training.
