My complaint:
Good Evening,
I visited the Panera Bread in Grand Haven, MI (1001 S Beacon Blvd, Grand Haven, MI 49417) and ordered a You Pick 2 w Broccoli Cheddar soup and a Heritage Ham Swiss Sandwich. I got all the way home only to realize that my sandwich had no ham on it, just a slice of cheese and Mayo. I paid over $10 for a sandwich w no meat in it, which is quite disappointing as I love Panera but to get a product like I did for that money is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for at least the meal that I was no able to enjoy. It is tough to pay that much and not get a quality product.
