My complaint:
I order online a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup. I waited curbside for over 30 minutes for it and never did. Finally I had to go inside to get it and it was sitting on the counter and got no apology. Now I am stuck with cold soup I paid for and got extremely rude service.
Suggested solution:
You should have a conversation with the staff there and maybe refund my money or give me a gift card.
