My complaint:

I notice a change of the friendliness and the amount of time it tajes to get through the drive through. Cars are lined up and not moving. When I finally got to the order point, I sat there with no contact for three or four minutes. I finally said hello. I would like to ioedr. I got a very curt reply that she wasn’t taking orders yet. So. I waited some more. There were seven cars behind me. It was late afternoon. I ordered the same ittem two days in a row, with different prices each day. I have been a long time customer and always enjoyed the atmosphere and met my friends there, often. The friendly fireplace chairs have been removed and the atmosphere is not warm and friendly, but sterile and cold. There is a marked difference in the service and the way, customers are treated, these days.

Suggested solution:

Better training for staff
More staff to handle the customer load
Bring back the fireplace chairs to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, again.
