My complaint:
We ate at your restaurant in Shepardsville, Ky. tonight and I will say that the food was very good. My Only complaint came from the cashier who handed us our cups. After taking our money she picked up the cups and as she handed them to us she had her fingers inside the cup. With the Covid 19 still very much of our every day lives I would think that employees would be trained the proper way to hand someone their cup. Putting fingers in a cup to hand it out is not much different then handing out a sandwich with their bare hands.
Suggested solution:
Train employees how to hand out cups especially after taking money.
