My complaint:
Place an order for 2 Bowls of Onion Soup and a white cheddar sandwich. When I was called to pick up the order and took it back to the table the onion soups we not HOT. I returned to the counter and the girl told me to take them to the microwave and warm them up. Not good customer service. If I wanted to serve myself I would have stayed home and saved $30.

This is the second time I am stating this complaint, never heard back from customer service. Time to go somewhere else where I am appreciated.
Suggested solution:
A least contact me and say they will look into it.
