Panera Bread complaint: Harassment from General Manager and Assistant Manager

My complaint:

I am a loyal Panara Bread customer and member the the sip club. I purchase beagles, treats, and beverages at various Panara Bread locations on an almost daily basis. Recently I have been harassed on multiple occasions by both Keith, the General Manager and Sean the assistant manager. Harassment includes being pushed and kicked by Sean. and Verbally assaulted by both Sean an Keith. I have emailed Covelli enterprises directly and have had no response. It’s like they don’t even care.

Today I went in for coffee. I opened the door for a Panara Employee who was caring a large delivery order and he said thank you. Then I was greeted by dirty looks from the General Manager Keith so I left the building.

I love Panara and the Lane ave location is close to where I stay. I don’t feel safe going to that location so I have been traveling to get my beagles to avoid being further harassed.

Suggested solution:

Keith and Sean should both be fired. An employee has no right to touch, push, and kick a customer for any reason. Keith supports this employee and his actions. The both should be Terminated.
