My complaint:

We ordered a bagel platter for our workers. It was terrible. Not only did the order come a half hour late, but the bagels were just thrown in an open brown bag. They were to be toasted. They were not. They were stale. You couldn’t bit into them. You had to tear them off. When I called and talk with the manager, he said they don’t deliver that they have doordash deliver. When I told him how the order came, well that’s how they do it. They don’t come on a platter. Not happy with the service or food nor how we were treated by the manager.

Suggested solution:

By letting people know what they are getting when they order. If it's not a platter, and thrown in a paper bag, then let them know. Or at least wrap them so they don't get stale.
