My complaint:
On seven separate occasions including this morning, I have ordered foods and selected curbside delivery only to wait for 10 minutes after notifying them that I am out front and no one shows up. I called in this morning and spoke with the manager who told me there were only 3 people in the morning. Why doesn’t the curbside selection not light up so we know to go inside and thusly get our food while it is still warm ? Oddly enough this does not happen at the other Panera’s in the area. I like your stores but now refuse to use the one closest to my home.
Suggested solution:
Hire more people or call us back if they cannot take the order as submitted!
