My complaint:

We called ahead of time to order a sandwich, and when someone finally answered they hung up. This happened twice. We then called to speak to the manager and the same thing happened. I went in the Niskayuna, NY store and placed the order personally and asked to speak to the Manager-Vince. I told him what happened and he could care less. He said they were busy. What a poor excuse from a manager, never even apologized or asked what he could do to help.

Suggested solution:

Get A New Manager!
