My complaint:

On 8420 I placed an online order for delivery at exactly 535pm. It said it was to arrive between 605 and 615. Food did not arrive until 7pm. The food was not good because it had been sitting for so long. They did not put the condiments in the bag that I asked for. My iced coffee was just watered down coffee by the time I got it.

Suggested solution:

I should receive a refund because this was ridiculously disappointing.
