My complaint:

I ordered two teriyaki chicken bowls (with broccoli). The food was COLD. When I told the female SHIFT SUPERVISOR that our food was cold she failed to acknowledged my complaint. Instead, she suggested that it was prepared hot. What an insult! I order this dish at various Panera Bread restaurants three to five times a week. It is usually served hot with steam rising above it. At this Panera Bread it was served COLD. My wife and I did not appreciate how this female Shift Supervisor interacted with us. While she reheated our cold food, she failed to provide professional customer service. She refused to offer a simple apology, like I am sorry. Also, this place was very filthy. I saw food crumbs near the drink fountain area. Debris was all over the floor and under the tables. If I was a manager or supervisor, I would feel a great sense of shame.

Suggested solution:

Do a better job of keeping this restaurant cleaned. This female shift supervisor needs to receive training in how to provide professional customer service and it does not cost much to say I am sorry.
