My complaint:

I used the app to order at about 4:15pm. I was informed via app that it would be delivered between 4:51-5:10. My address on checking the ation was incorrect so I called so the delivery person could be advised. I was told no problem because it hadn’t been picked up for delivery as yet. I understand that because it is busy at that time. It is now 6:57 and it’s still not delivered. I am diabetic and my low blood sugar alarm is beeping. I don’t know whether to eat now and spoil my dinner, or wait. This is my first time ordering and probably my last. I am very disappointed!

Suggested solution:

I’m not certain it can be since it’s a delivery problem.
