My complaint:
I bought 1 whole smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, an iced caramel latte and 1 asian sesame chicken salad. Half way home I found out I only received half a smokehouse bb chicken sandwich for my son and we were too far to turn around and go back. He said it was bland and 80% bread with little filling and barely the size of a small slider. My caramel latte had only the flavor of watered down coffee and little caramel flavoring. The asian salad was fine. The piece of bread that came with my salad was bigger than his little half of a sandwich he received. It was of poor quality.
Suggested solution:
I have my receipt. I would like a refund or a coupon for another sandwich please and a latte. This was my first time to Paneras and I expected the food to be better than what I had received. I was very disappointed in my first visit. The girl taking my order was polite.
