My complaint:
I ordered the food for curbside. I arrived at the location. I ed “I’m here” through Panera Bread’s email they sent me. The email said the food was ready at 7:58 pm and I waiting 30 minutes curbside with no one sending out my order. After 30 minutes I went inside the restaurant and ask for my food. I heard behind the counter arguing and cussing. I asked for my food and one server asked if I press “I’m here” and I told her yes 30 minutes ago. She gave me my food and I left. I was very disappointed in the curbside service.
Suggested solution:
Improve the curbside service by providing curbside service.
