My complaint:
I picked up my carry-out order number 609940969 on Monday, 8162021. When we got home and split up our order we found everything we ordered EXCEPT that the apple while looking okay was in fact very soft and rotten on the inside.
This was very disappointing and not what we have come to expect from Panera Bread and it spoiled dinner for my wife as it was to be her apple.
Suggested solution:
Either credit a portion of the charges on the credit card we used or send us a proportionate rebate.
